We are looking for an Engineer / Industrial Project Manager whose mission will be to manage projects from marketing to delivery.
Your duties and responsibilities
In a context of continuous improvement and transformation, we are looking for an Engineer / Industrial Project Manager whose mission will be to manage projects from marketing to delivery. Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will also be a driving force in improving the processes within your scope.
Project management
This part of your mission will be devoted to launching and coordinating your production. This covers the purchase of components for your business, any subcontracting and the management of manufacturing routings.. You are in constant interaction with the workshop, our technical departments, partners and customers.
Industrial methods
In charge of defining your work ranges, you work closely with production to organize and sequence operations. You provide the appropriate technical resources. You improve ranges based on feedback from previous production runs.
Continuous improvement :
You are constantly striving for progress and process improvement. Examples: Digitizing our manufacturing orders, which are currently 100% paper-based, implementing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), generating group purchases, setting up automatic supplier tracking, etc.
Profile and Skills:
- Production-oriented, concrete, rigorous, organized
- Engineering degree or equivalent with specialization in methods, continuous improvement or industrial production
- Experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment
- Analytical, pragmatic and proactive
- Project management skills
