We are looking for a Technical Manager Engineer to define, develop and implement our Industrial strategy in order to strengthen and expand our offering for our customers.
Your Missions and Responsibilities:
Position open as part of a replacement including a training period alongside the current Technical Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the company’s technical resources . As a member of the Management Committee, your role is both operational and strategic.

As a member of the management team, you will represent the company’s direction both internally and externally, and ensure the company’s development and long-term viability.
You will invent, design and draw our tools and installations, enabling us to conquer new markets and improve our production facilities.
You support the production teams on the sites and intervene to maintain and troubleshoot technical resources.
With our service provider, you are in charge of IT resources.
As a member of the Management Committee, you will provide a strategic vision. You steer the company and decide on its direction alongside the CEO, HR, QSE, Sales and Production Managers.
Profile and Skills:
For this position, we are looking for an engineer with at least 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment. You must have solid expertise in production and
