These unique pieces had the advantage of perfectly matching the site&#8217;s space and functionality requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Our customer needed an <strong>identical reproduction of the piping<\/strong> for a maintenance operation in <strong>a nuclear power plant<\/strong>. These pipes are used for the emergency generator. This last-resort diesel engine is used to generate the electricity needed to bring the plant to safety in the event of a major accident.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some sixty model parts<\/strong> were delivered to Lyon Cintrage for reproduction and return of the models as soon as possible to avoid blocking the worksite. The bent tubes and end caps are welded together on site, with Lyon Cintrage supplying the bent tubes.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large reproduction pi&#xE8;ce mod&#xE8;le\" id=\"retro-engineering\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lyon-cintrage.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Retro-engineering-Tube-cintrage-1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Reproduction of parts is sometimes necessary to guarantee the continuity of a system.
