19 January 2026We’ve already mentioned our social mission as a training provider, but as a manufacturer, Lyon Cintrage also has a role to play in the feminization of the industry.
At the end of 2025, Lyon Cintrage took a real step forward by welcoming an employee and two trainees to our metal tube bending and welding business. Reinforcing both the offices and the workshop!
From left to right, you’ll find:
✅ Laura, who joined our welding team in November 2025 as part of her work-study program following a professional retraining.
✅ Laurence, a Lyon Cintrage pioneer, has been part of the adventure since 2016 in the strategic position of Secretary.
✅ Maëlys, who joined Lyon Cintrage in 2022 to take care of Quality issues, now wears the hats of QSE Manager and HR Manager on the CODIR.
✅ Emmanuelle arrived in October 2025 to reinforce our actions on QSE subjects and deploy the EN9100 aeronautical approach as part of her Master’s QSE work-study.
✅ Finally, Morgane also arrived in October 2025 to help us develop our customer service by taking up the position of Customer Service Manager.
