It was for an export customer in the energy sector that our Technical Department pushed back its limits by producing this double-wound spiral heat exchanger. You’ll find a photo of the 1st piece in a series of just a few dozen. That’s our job: to manufacture a small number of highly technical parts at the right price…

Bastien HOUPERT, our Technical Manager, put hours of thought into the design of the tooling needed to produce the part, and also to extract it once it had been shaped… all within a controlled budget, so as not to dry up our customer’s wallet…
Hours also spent working alongside the production teams of Louis-Baptiste Giraud, our Production Manager, to bring all this to fruition and bring this beautiful creation to life!
