PMG Mécanique joins Lyon Cintrage
Since September 1, 2026, Lyon Cintrage Seignobos and PMG, a company specializing in CNC machining, milling and turning in Massieux, in the Ain, have been part of the same group. Our customers can now rely on a broader offering: tube bending, welded mechanical assemblies and precision machining, in two workshops located 40 minutes from each other.
PMG: over 35 years of machining north of Lyon
Founded in 1990, PMG is a 4,306 sq ft precision engineering workshop. Its team of seven machines all types of materials: metals, engineering plastics and wood. It works in small batches on tooling, prototypes, spare parts and production parts.
Why this merger?
Lyon Cintrage and PMG share the same culture: technical, custom-made and small-batch. The two companies are geographically close and serve the same type of customers. Their know-how is complementary. This acquisition enables us to better control our bending tooling to be more responsive when creating it or making adjustments, to strengthen our mechanical engineering expertise, in addition to bending and welding, and to diversify our business and make the whole operation more robust to support our customers over the long term.
A shared mission
“Supporting industrial OEMs and manufacturers in supplying metalworking parts and technical assemblies in small and medium series.”
We work in energy, defense, aerospace, heavy mobility and special vehicles, at every stage: requirement qualification, technical solution research, manufacturing, assembly, surface treatment, inspection, then shipping with the documentation pack.
