Since 1920, Lyon Cintrage Seignobos has grown around a unique family expertise, combining tradition, innovation, and technical excellence. Carried by four generations, our history is that of a Lyon-based company that has evolved with the times, without ever losing sight of precision, the quality of our work, and the human element at the heart of the trade.

Company founded by Alexis Seignobos, a welding specialist, in partnership with Rochet-Schneider.

Start of subcontracting for Berliet, a heavy truck brand, until 1993.

Juliette Seignobos hands over to her daughter Marcelle. The business is structured around three trades.

The tube-bending activity takes off with the acquisition of a second bending machine.

Move to Décines to support growth. 1996 – Set up on a 1,800 m² site in Vénissieux.

Company taken over by Jean-Albert Grange, an engineer, who steers the business towards one-off technical parts. 2008 – First part delivered from a 3D drawing with no paper documentation.

Turnover close to €3M; 25 employees. Sale to an industrial group.

Scaling up

Lyon Cintrage Seignobos is born: new 2,000 m² premises and an industrial relaunch.
