We’ve already mentioned our social mission as a training provider, but as a manufacturer, Lyon Cintrage also has a role to play in the feminization of the industry.
At the end of 2025, Lyon Cintrage took a real step forward by welcoming an employee and two trainees to our metal tube bending and welding business. A welcome addition to both the office and the workshop!
From left to right, you will find:
- Laura, who joined our welding team in November 2025 as part of her work-study program following a career change.
- Laurence, a pioneer at Lyon Cintrage, has been part of the journey since 2016 in the strategic role of Secretary.
- Maëlys, who arrived in 2022 to handle Quality missions, now serves as QSE Manager and HR Manager on the Lyon Cintrage Steering Committee.
- Emmanuelle joined us in October 2025 to strengthen our QSE initiatives and deploy the EN9100 aerospace standard as part of her QSE Master’s work-study program.
- Finally, Morgane also joined in October 2025 to help develop our customer service department as a Customer Service Representative.
