It was for an export client in the energy sector that our Technical Department pushed its limits by creating this double-coil spiral heat exchanger without rework. You will find a photo of the first part of a series that consists of only a few dozen units. That’s our job: to manufacture a small number of highly technical parts at the right price…
Hours of reflection by Bastien HOUPERT, our Technical Manager, on the design of the tooling required to produce the part and also to be extracted once the part is formed… all within a controlled budget to avoid draining our client’s resources…
Hours were also spent alongside the production teams of Louis-Baptiste Giraud, our Production Manager, to make all this a reality and bring this beautiful creation to life!
